Excursion Trains

Indiana Live Steamers is now offering birthday trains and excursion trains.

Here is a bunch of boring stuff the superintendent of the railroad makes us tell you about the birthday trains and excursion trains:

Fees

$150 for two hours

$200 for a live steam engine for two hours

Deposit: Half of the full fee is required at least two weeks prior to your scheduled train excursion. The remainder of the fee is due on the day of the event. If you have to cancel your excursion train, you must do so at least one week in advance. Your deposit will not be returned if you cncel with less than 7 days notice.

Bad weather policy: If your train excursion must be canceled due to rainy or stormy weather, we will make every effort to reschedule at a later time convenient for you. If we cannot reschedule, all fee paid will be refunded in full.

Rules and Regulations for Passengers: The Safety Rules can be found by clicking on the "Track Safety" tab to the left of your browser screen.

Adult Supervision: Each child under 5 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. One adult is required for every 2 children ages 5 to 7. One adult is required for every 3 children ages 8 and above.

Please note that our trains are not designed to transport infants (under 2 years), pregnant women, or individuals weighing more than 350 pounds or 25 stone. Also prohibited are knights in armor while riding their steeds, Indian braves or other warriors carrying flaming arrows, and elephants, lions, tigers, and giraffes.

Most trains can carry a total of 16 individuals.
